MOSTLY FULL, MORE-or-LESS, CARTS

There are lots of things that serve as carts.   
This ‘cart’ is actually a crate but the celery looks just fine on top of it:

​This garbage can (hopefully clean) works well as a cart for this motley array of mops:

​My old shopping cart can roll no more—due to a broken wheel and tons of rust. But it works well as a planter. When spring comes, my plant should bloom again (fingers crossed):

​This bird feeder certainly can’t be called a cart. But my friend the squirrel could care less. This guy is pleased as punch that the ‘cart’ is filled with bird seed:

​​​​Soon after she retired from UCSF, a friend told Charlene Anderson about OLLI at SF State and she began taking classes. In 2015, in one of those classes, Mike Lambert suggested starting a literary and photography magazine at OLLI. So, Mike, Charlene and a small group of OLLI members, founded Vistas & Byways. It has been publishing stories, poems and nonfiction pieces, as well as photography, ever since. Charlene is pleased to be part of V&B which provides OLLI members an opportunity to be published.
